IntelliJ version: 2014.1.1
PlugIn version: 0.15.0

Page spread icons are only displayed in IDE presentation mode.
Please make those icons always available, as the change of page spread is always helpful.
Maybe related to #101

Thanks for creating this issue! That is indeed very odd. Seems related to #48
