Reaper rotation skipping Gibbet and Gallows after using Gluttony

As the title says, the issue seems persistant, where Gibbet and Gallows get cancelled after had already used Gluttony only to continue with 1-2-3 combo.

Side issue, for some reason it does not allow soul slice to be pushed outside Arcane Circle window. Soul slice seems to have higher priority than main burst of enshroud.
