Steps:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/concierge
2. In the pop-up menu, confirm the transition to the desktop application

Expected Result:

When clicking on the link https://staging.new.expensify.com/concierge
and redirecting the user to the desktop application, the user should be taken to the registration page

Actual Result:

When you follow the link https://staging.new.expensify.com/concierge
and are redirected to the desktop application, an error appears in the application
