Issue found when executing PR #16399

Action Performed:

  1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
    and login
  2. Open any chat
  3. Open a chat and open the emoji menu
  4. Using Tab and Shift+Tab select emoji section, press Enter
  5. Emoji from chosen section are displayed
  6. Press Down Arrow key or try tabbing to emojis to select an emoji

Expected Result:

User expect that chosen emoji section stays on the screen so he/she an pick an emoji

Actual Result:

After pressing Down Arrow key or tabbing to emojis I see all emojis are scrolled up to the top again, so I have to go through the whole list again

So I think this is more of an accessibility issue we run into during the PR and since we do not treat those as of now, we decided to more on. I would close this for now until we will more generally try to fix such accessibility bugs
