use xud default ports #380

How it is:

we are applying a fixed xud.conf and overwrite xud defaults, setting xud ports to 8885,8886,8887 for all networks.
xud ports are now changing based on the network and so should they in docker. Also because our port exposure values assume the default ports already (https://github.com/ExchangeUnion/xud-docker/pull/374/files#diff-8efce7be0be3345fdc4cff3cccc0a09cL92)

How it should be:

do not apply any fixed xud.conf and use xud defaults without xud.conf
