Module Version

Add support to deploy ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 with Insights 2023.3.
Currently the only supported version by the deployment script is 2023.1, which is not supported by Enterprise 11.2

InsightsVersion - The software version of the different components that will be installed or upgraded to. All components of your deployment should be at the same software version.
Accepted values: 3.4, 3.4.1, 2020.1, 2020.2, 2020.3, 2021.1, 2021.1.1, 2021.2, 2021.2.1, 2021.3, 2021.3.1, 2022.1, 2022.1.1, 2022.2, 2022.3, 2023.1.

ArcGIS Insights 2023.2 and 2023.3 are now supported in module v4.2.1.
