[BUG] Creates new wallet_data folder if existing not found #105

Running CLI wallet doesn't default to ~/.epic/main

Must use -t ~/.epic/main or it will create a new wallet_data folder (with no seed file) and _secret files in ~/.epic

Should only create new wallet folder with 'init' or return error if it can't find wallet files.

Somewhat related to #87

Will investigate. Thanks for the report. Agree that this should be changed, if I can reproduce.
