IKEA E2002: long press left/right

As described in issue #587, a long press left/right also creates a "on" event. For a long press left, the ikea button creates the commands "release","on","press" and "hold". The reason may be that left and right is for dimming and the light is switched on together with dimming. But if I want to use left/right for my cover, I don't want that the light goes on. What to do? This is not a failure of the blueprint.

I found the solution: I modified the blueprint to check if the "on" command was preceeded by a release_0 command.
