REX used to allow automatic renewals after 30 days expire. REX allowed for just renewed the loan at expiry if a user maintained sufficient balance for renewal.

An user could add or remove from this balance at any time. If the user didn’t maintain sufficient balance, the loan wouldn’t renew. This wasn't used for REX. Although now with 1 day PowerUp it will be used a lot more by the community.
