Load an audio

I don't find the way to load an audio to deepsqueak from my computer. It is just a file I've download online. I've tried with File>Select Audio Folder as it is said in the Wiki but it doesn't work (my file is in .wav and not too long). I've also tried to put my audio file in a special place where deepsqueak could find it but it hasn't worked either. What am I doing wrong?
