The fact that we want to work with map data aggregation at all levels

we will need geometry support for Province, District and Ward models

latitude
longitude
SRID (6379)
These are of type Pointfields ( lets discuss this, right now we are preparing polygons for Province and District by clustering )
5 shapefiles already in place (pulling geonode shared space)
