Add fields to monitor the beamline #8

Add some useful read-only text fields to the BEAMLINE STATS panel to monitor things on the beamline such as:

  • x,y,z chip stage positions
  • Current transmission
  • Fast shutter state
  • Zebra state
  • Requested frames vs pmac frame counter

PvComponent is already written and could be reused for this purpose
