The iscroll-5 definition is not in the @types/iscroll package

• I tried using the latest stable version of tsc. https://www.npmjs.com/package/typescript
• I have a question that is inappropriate for StackOverflow. (Please ask any appropriate questions there).
• I want to talk about iscroll/iscroll-5.d.ts.
  • The authors of that type definition are cc/ @bertyhell @csrakowski

So how would I use the iscroll-5 types?
