Hi!

I just read through your tutorial - thanks for a great work!

I just have one question regarding the input files needed for running an analysis on data from your own experiment.

How do I generate the files:

  • countfile: count.txt
  • sampleAnnoFile: metadata.txt
  • featureAnnoFile: genemeta.txt

... from my own data?
It would be really helpful if you can say something about this.

Thank you for your work!
William

You have to open the dcc files in the nanostring analysis suite, from where you will get an excel file. For us, we divided this excel into count file, SampleAnnoFile, and featureAnnoFile based off of what columns we saw in the tutorial data.
