Nodes that utilize the schema.org harvest mechanism seem to not have changed content and are not being harvested, including IEDA_USAP.

Determine where the harvest is broken and fix it
Ensure that monitoring script accurately reflect harvest status and counts
Add check_mk checks that notify us if no new content arrives after several harvest rounds for every "up" node
- need to determine what qualifies as "up" given different implementation scenarios
