The toggle for incremental on dalgo UI seems disabled so i cant set streams to incremental
(While creating usage pipeline for ummeed)

No, its not that. A cursor field was available.
This is still a bug, i can't toggle it from the UI. Probably some frontend logic.
Looking into it
