Describe the bug
Program freezes and doesn't respond when region capture is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch ShareX
Click on 'Capture'
Click on 'Region'
Program freezes and doesn't respond.

Expected behavior
It was suspected to allow for region selection to take a screenshot of the afford-mentioned selected region.
