TSC quits after one simulation and does not go back to "look for pending simulations" #21

You have to trigger tsc every time one sim is finished

It works here in our nightly tests: https://sumo.dlr.de/daily/linux_report/tsc/test_default.html (at least the threeIterations tests should test it). @MHeinrichs Can you provide a log?
