CU Boulder Today Find a Story search is missing

We don't have a text search feature for Article Lists currently. I could be added in but will take development time. Could make a standard Article List node with exposed filters for the rest of the functionality in the mean time though.

Put in a new Article List node at the given URL with exposed filters. That should give most of the functionality but we need to discuss how the text-based search is supposed to work (i.e. which field does it search on and prioritize for matches?)
