Poor relevance caused by filter in the query_string

When searching by any keyword and filtering the query by an specific field haystack this filter is inserted in the search query instead of using the proper filter for elasticsearch (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/query-filter-context.html).

By doing this we are loosing a lot of relevance in the search results.
