Allow multiple pairwise trait differences matrices to be added at once

This will allow easier comparison of nicheDIM values across resource traits and organisms.

The dist.matrix parameter will need to allow a list of matrices and the dataset.name input should accept a list of corresponding names, or else revert to using the names given to matrics in the dist.matrix list.
