Output to stdout?

Nice work, @cookpete! I just added this tool to the release-it docs: https://github.com/webpro/release-it#changelogs

Can auto-changelog also output to stdout? And, output only the commits since the latest tag? Then auto-changelog could also serve to replace the default (GitHub/GitLab) release notes in release-it more easily with a custom template.

I've added a --stdout option in 1.11.0. If you get the hash of the latest tag, you should be able to use --stdout in combination with --starting-commit [hash] to get what you're after.

Thanks @cookpete! Very cool, this allows release-it users to use a template for changelog generation. I just added this to the docs: release-it/release-it@e18bfb0. Please let me know if you have any feedback or ideas for improvements.
