Contributing Guideline Issues and Specification for the New Quarter (2024/04/08 ~)

During this quarter's contributor reward review, several issues are found. We will specify the issues here:

• No relating guideline relating to documentation website itself. Current guidelines are focusing on document content.
• Misleading statement regarding document improvements (stated in Contributor incentive plan detail discuss #243 (comment)).
• Unclear reward detail for improvements, especially for new contents. Currently only a range is provided and no detail illustration is presented.
• As Dework is deprecated, contents relating to dework should be removed. New tool and rewards results shall be revealed in real time or periodically

A new version shall be put forward to help resolve the issues before 2024/04/08
