Unable to configure Company Logo for ebay template.

ISSUE: The function to add a Company Logo in the ebay Template Editor is not
working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Marketplaces >> Ebay >> profile LTLFRT >> [Edit] >> Launch Profile Settings
[Edit].
[Start Wizard] >> [Select Logo] >> select an image from the media library,
[Save]

RESULTS: The image appears to save in the template interface, but navigating
away from the interface and then back, shows that the image did not save
properly, and displays as transparent.

NOTES: Attempting to add a logo to the template using the Insert/Edit
