Allow vitamin-providing drugs to be deposited into faction camp food storage

Multivitamins, calcium tablets and gummy vitamins can fix nutrient problems in the player character, but faction camp rejects them in their food storage for some reason.

Solution you would like.

Consume drugs through "Distribute food" faction camp command to add vitamins into the storage.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Explain in the lore, why NPCs are so afraid of vitamins.
