On February 9, free access to the Twitter API will end (see https://twitter.com/TwitterDev/status/1621026986784337922). Presumably, this will invalidate existing tokens and thus break our link resolver for tweets and Twitter users.

We might want to look into alternative information sources, e.g. parsing OG tags.

Twitter now claims that access to the old API will be "impacted" on 2023-04-29 at the latest.
