This is the read me file for cs 4641/7641 Fall 2018 HW3

(SA stands for Sports Article Dataset;
 BD stands for Blood Donation Dataset.)

Part1:
K-mean on dataset experiments use Weka with 'kMean-SA.arff'
                                            'kMean-BD.arff'
GMM on dataset experiments use sk-learn with 'hw3GMM_SA.py'
                                             'hw3GMM_BD.py'

Part2:
PCA on dataset experiments use Weka with 'PCA-SA.arff'
                                         'PCA-BD.arff'

Part3:
K-mean on PCA dataset experiments use Weka with 'PCA_kMean-SA.arff'
                                                'PCA_kMean-BD.arff'
GMM on PCA dataset experiments use sk-learn with 'hw3PCA_GMM_SA.py'
                                                 'hw3PCA_GMM_BD.py'

Part4 & Part5:
use sk-learn with 'hw3Three_NN_SA.py'

The dataset for Weka and sk-learn are the same but in different format.
The results for all experiments are collected in 'DataAndPlot.xlsx' and got organized in 'PaperMaterial.pptx'.

Due to the 10 page constraint, the figures in the analysis papaer are compressed a lot. To see the clear version, please check 'PaperMaterial.pptx'.
