xeCJK: 处理 microtype 包的兼容问题

目前 xeCJK 与 microtype 包一同使用时，microtype 会警告说文本命令在配置文件中不可用。

Package microtype Warning: One or more slots in the configuration are unknown.

原因是 xunicode-addon 包改变了文本命令的定义方式，microtype 目前没法由文本命令解析出对应的字符编码。
