Documentation lacks info on Client Metadata and UIInfo handling and display #46

I've noticed that the login page we use for SAML logins is unable to render the UIInfo elements I included in the OIDC metadata as laid out here.

The documentation available doesn't include how to do this or I didn't find it.

So my suggestions are:

Explicitly link to the OIDC specs in the MetadataConfiguration page, this stuff is confusing enough for newbies :-)
Include a documentation page detailing how to include UIInfo elements in the IDP's page templates for both SAML and OIDC flows.
Include an example showing a fully featured client metadata example.
