Error in Parcels recipe

When running https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/blob/main/Recipes/Particle_tracking_with_Parcels.ipynb on NCI using the analysis3-24.04

I get
ValueError: setting an array element with a sequence. The requested array has an inhomogeneous shape after 1 dimensions. The detected shape was (12,) + inhomogeneous part.

When trying to load the Fieldset. I think this has to do with the time consistency of the input data, but hoping someone more familiar with this recipe can help out in fixing it.
