Extension of pymc simulation-based calibration to numpyro models

I've discovered this WIP addition to the pymc space https://github.com/arviz-devs/simulation_based_calibration .

Its a nice, and easy to parse, implementation of SBC aimed at pymc models. It looks like it should be extendable to numpyro models and might be ultimately more straightforward for numpyro than manipulating post-processing ala the approach proposed here.
