这些东西写个自动化的脚本我觉得不太现实，尤其是在你的电脑中病毒了之后，再去插入U盘等导入文件还是有感染的风险。
但是对于可以远程排查的东西， 自动化起来还是很方便的

Linux的倒是有；自己写的话，这也太吃各方面的专业功底了，关是收集资料去了解，都极其颇费功夫。

脚本扫描

Linux杀毒

clamAV很大程度依赖于病毒库的MD5/特征码识别；河马查杀机制，暂不了解。

警方及云服务商、院校信息部的公布信息

这三者基本上都发布过的上手友好的排查文章
