Windows上GUI无法读取config #214

我将seam.exe和config.toml放在一个文件夹，但读取不到，始终显示please set play bin
我查了一下，有可能跟这个有关，不一定好修复
rust-lang/rust#59117
希望能够增加config指定地址的参数，或者在log里增加一些提示
