About The Pull Request

This makes it so the surgical serverlink brain implant will, if you're holding a tech disk or surgery disk in hand, also try to download surgery programs from the disks in your hands.

Why It's Good For The Game

This implant seems to be super rare to obtain, it should be a bit more useful. Also this is just a cool nice-to-have.

Also would be useful for testing surgery stuff, as you could just spawn in the implant and a debug surgery disk, no having to faff about with the R&D console, operating computers, and operating tables.

People have thought the implant would have been too powergamy, but it isn't actually impactful than how people worried. I think this will be fine.

@EvilDragonfiend honestly it's way too rare, I've literally only seen this implant available once in my 230h+ of playtime here (90%+ of which is medbay)

Can confirm as someone who plays a lot of Medbay, specially when that disk got introduced, since Explorers don't have a big incentive on retrieving disks + the rarity of it per se we barely see it used, the only times i saw it being mass-spread besides CMO was pre-dynameme on some long greenshifts

@Fronsis What kind of incentives do you think could be given to explorers to actually retrieve disks, besides obviously having disks that'd be directly useful for further exploration?
