This will add all miscellaneous items which are in The Lord of The Rings.
Some important ones are:

All weapons armor, and tools.
All misc blocks which are craftable or part of structures.
All ingots and nuggets and gems.
All foods.

Right so, this will combine a bit of stuff in that, though everything would be totally playable without this, this would allow you to:

smelt ores
create more complicated foods
turn flowers and such into dyes
smelt wood
craft wooden stuff with wood
all armors
all weapons
all tools
all nuggets and mineral blocks
random small stuff here and there
