The description of a project looks good to me, but it's very NSF-centric. Maybe we should mention here how to register a GBMF project, or projects from other funders... I don't know if C-CoMP has specific guidance on registering projects, too.

Datasets: Looks like Image Classification Data language is missing - I would suggest copy but this isn't something I'm confident in
Project registration: is there a way we could more directly describe the relationship between BCO-DMO projects and NSF projects? i.e., Is it a 1:1 relationship? Will they will have the same project name and funding numbers?
