We found out that VMDNSSuffix for AzureUSGovernmentCloud has changed to cloudapp.usgovcloudapi.net now:

azure/environments.go file needs to be changed to reflect this new endpoint.

This is also an issue for ChinaCloud: s/cloudapp.azure.cn/cloudapp.chinacloudapi.cn/
