Docker Hub can sometimes be unavailable or degraded, which can impact pool provisioning or resize: #215. Provide the option for a fallback registry for image downloading to minimize impact of Docker Hub outages.

  • global configuration option
  • pass fallback registry name
    • add to logins
    • re-tag image after download
  • add convenience mirroring script
    • integrate as a misc mirror-images command
  • update docs
