[Tables] query_options parameter does not work for more than one parameter in the dictionary #15554

_parameter_filter_substitution(parameters, filter) only supports a single parameter. This will have to be updated to loop through each parameter and substitute the @my_param for the appropriate key-value.

Add support to add UUIDs and Datetime objects and properly format the values ie:

parameters = { 'now': datetime.datetime.now()}
filter = "CustomerSince eq @now"
table_client.query_entities(filter=filter, parameters=parameters)
