Describe the bug

When I try to load secrets from Azure Key Vault, the application crashes

Expected behavior

The application is able to load the secrets from AKV

Actual behavior

Hi @Kralizek. Thank you for reaching out and we regret that you're experiencing difficulties. This error does not appear to be related to the Azure SDK packages, but rather part of the runtime, encountered when starting an external process for reading credentials.

There are a number of similar issues in the dotnet runtime repository and one with a similar call stack was identified as an issue with Process.Start that has been fixed for .NET 8 RC2. Please see this comment in #92050 for more context.
