Our docstring states that it defaults to false, but the swagger says it should be true. Update the documentation depending on the response we get from the service here: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#15159 (comment)

Confirmed by the service team it should be 'false' (Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#15159 (comment)). No further update in the SDK is needed.
