* update .net SDK to OperationalInsights package-2020-10

* changed generate.ps back to autorest v2

* adding changes from generate.ps1 script

* performed generate.ps1 script after merging my fork with upstream

* update operationalInsights to version 22

* moved new parameters to the end of the constructors

* removed redundent whitespace

* re ran the generate.ps1 script
