@azure/abort-controllerfrom being adevDependencyto a fulldependencyin@azure/core-authso that the re-exportedAbortSignalLikecan be resolved by developers who use@azure/core-authas a dependency in their own code. Having this dependency set as adevDependencyincore-authcauses compile-time issues due to theAbortSignalLiketype not being resolvable by the TypeScript compiler.
