Add missing ScaleSet properties

The change adds the following missing properties

1. "zones" property to VirtualMachineScaleSetVM
2. DiskSizeInGB to VirtualMachineScaleSetOSDisk
3. DiskSizeInGB to VirtualMachineScaleSetUpdateOSDisk

Thanks! It doesn't look like CreateAScaleSetWithVMsInDifferentZones.json is referenced by the swagger though.
