Opening discussions for Azure PowerShell

GitHub discussions are now enabled on the Azure PowerShell repo ! 🥳

We believe that GitHub discussion will be the place where we can engage with our community to discuss Azure PowerShell fundamentals, directions or other features like default behaviors.

Continue to use (issues)[https://github.com/Azure/azure-powershell/issues] to raise problems that you are facing and use this tab to bring topics that you feel need a discussion with the engineering team.

Use the categories as follows:

• General: Any topic related to Azure PowerShell
• Feature requests: This is a good place to suggest new ideas or feature requests not tied to a specific module. We expect missing features related to an Azure service to be logged as an issue.
• Q&A: Ask questions to experts on how to do something.
• Show and tell: Share with the community your achievements related to Azure PowerShell modules.
