Custom initiative assignments in recommendation page

tadding custom initiative assignment to ASC recommendation page is possible with Azure Portal.

But, when the custom initiative definition changes, entries in this view will disappear. Is there a possibility to automate this process? I cannot find any az cli or powershell commands to do that.
