We need to be able to use our aztec-network helm chart to be able to simply accept:

p2p bootstrap enrs
registry address
slash factory address
ethereum host
is sepolia

And then turn on only the validator and proving infrastructure, doing whatever setup is necessary.

Specifically, it should not:

run a boot node, ethereum services, bot, faucet, etc.
deploy l1 contracts
setup l2 contracts
