Sporadic current$region error when loading {galah} #178

Occasionally when loading {galah}, an error is returned because there is no current region detected on load:

The solution at the moment is to restart R, then load {galah} again and it should load without the error.

The default settings when {galah} is loaded should be checked to see why this is triggering an error

Haven't hit this issue for a very long time, and should be fixed with implementation of potions underneath galah_config() #193
