To run files, first enter the submission folder
Q1) Type the following commands in the terminal to obtain output
cd Q1
python3 final_1.py > Ndistance.txt
python3 upgma_f.py
The output appears on the terminal itself
Q2) Type the following commands in the terminal to obtain output
cd Q2
python3 final_2.py > Pdistance.txt
python3 upgma_f.py
