Hi,
first of all sorry for the late response!
yes sure, you can!
all you need to do is clone the project, open it, install requirements via composer, and run Symfony serve, and the time to verify 2 images is less than 1 second and depends on upload time

first, make sure that you are inside the project folder!
then install the Symfony, as I see you haven't installed the Symfony this like may help you to install:
symfony' is not recognized as an internal or external command

so, you install this on linux or mac sir?? because i'm using windows os
